Foundations

• Limestone fill and poured cement with steel reinforcement.
• Steel 12/14mm reinforcement for footings and piers.
• Structural specifications as per recommendation of registered structural consulting firm for all final structural works.

Walls

• Brick construction with smooth render finish.
• Some wall surfaces specialty textured sandblasted plaster finish, some internal tongue and groove wall cladding on batons at 40 cm spacings.

Roof

• Steel beam and wood construction with 5mm grade one iron wood shingle external finish.
