The layar Each villa is based on a prototype design with the option for owners to personalize their villa to suit their needs, for example with the shape of the pool, the layout of the bedrooms and with open or enclosed bathrooms. A great deal of attention and thought has gone into the design to avoid a crowded development and a large central communal area is home to manicured garden/park. Villas have also been designed to maximize views over the central communal garden with road levels being below the inside-villa levels and private gardens oriented uphill to open views to the surrounding countryside.
