The Design

Tunjung Sari's design will be a stylish blend of classic Balinese architecture mixed with contemporary designs. Tunjung Sari is protected within its own private compound, and is accessed by a private entrance.

All the villas will share the same tropical and open design configuration and style, with a stylish combination of wooden and marble flooring, large bedrooms, open-plan kitchen, open living/dining area, terrace, a landscaped tropical garden, and private swimming pool.

All villa bedrooms will include air-conditioning, built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms.

Tunjung Sari's design brief was carefully compiled with an eye on maximizing the rental potential, while minimizing maintenance and operational costs to the villa owner. The design, construction and optional interior fit out package is totally comprehensive and will completely prepare each villa for optimal rental performance, right from day one.
